Deputy Manager

My name is Hayley and I am the Deputy Manager for Monkey Puzzle Woodford.

I have worked in childcare for 19 years, starting my childcare journey at a small nursery group in London in 2002 working as a nursery assistant working towards my childcare qualifications and gaining 8 years of experience in my role. I then worked abroad in 2009 as a kids club rep in Spain for 9 months which I absolutely loved! After that, I joined Bright Horizons Family solutions in 2010. I started my career as a Nursery Nurse and soon progressed working my way to senior management as an assistant manager and operational support supporting 4 nurseries within Essex and surrounding areas.

My biggest strength is developing strong professional relationships with parents and stakeholders, I am definitely a peoples person! As well as promoting strong team relationships and a positive can do attitude. I am very trustworthy and have a huge passion for early years and helping children to grow and develop into lifelong learners.

I pride myself in being professional and relatable to all and ensuring the children and families are at the heart of what I do putting each child’s safety, development and welfare as my priority.
