What is your name and role?
My name is Magdalena Kaminska, and I am currently a Nursery Assistant, currently studying to become an IQT Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
How did you find the Apprenticeship Scheme process?
It has been good, I have easy access to resources and my tutor is very helpful, management is always aware if we need assistance.
How are you supported at Monkey Puzzle to develop and progress your career? (What training/development do you access)
The management team at Monkey Puzzle Woodford support me with arranging time out for my webinars. I also have access to an internal training platform.
What fills your heart with happiness about your role?
I enjoy putting into practice what I have learnt during my apprenticeship so far.
What is your potential next step?
My potential next step is to put all of my focus into my Level 3 Qualification and to practice what I have learnt.
What would you say to anyone looking to become an Early Years apprentice?
If someone is looking to become an Early Years Apprentice, I would say it is a lot of hard work, but it is very satisfying taking what you have learnt and presenting it in your everyday routine.
